We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent transactions, or unforeseen operational circumstances. In case of cancellation by us, any amount paid will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Warranty
Products sold through The Good Luck Store carry the following limited warranty, subject to the Warranty Information published on our website:
TV Units: 3 years, including coverage for termite and borer issues, subject to warranty conditions.
All other eligible products: 1 year.
The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects and specified issues. Exclusions and claim procedures are described in the Warranty Information.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Customers are requested to inspect products upon delivery.
If a product is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers may request a full refund or replacement, subject to verification and the Return & Refund Policy.
